Chill your wet ipad in the fridge to dry it

The other day, my iPad got wet.  The screen got weird water stains. That means the water got inside. Not good. I was ready to bury my poor iPad and pen an obituary. It felt like a death in the family since I used iPad everyday for work.

I put the iPad in my fridge for several days for the heck of it. With the cover on.

You know, inside the fridge tend to be very dry.  If I don't cover food properly, it gets dried food after a while. Thus I store things I want to keep dry in there. Nori, a bag of flour, etc. and in this instance, iPad.

My iPad was sitting patiently next to a bottle of ketchup nearly two weeks. If it seems to get moist outside, I wiped it. First several days, water stains were still visible. But yesterday, when I checked, they are largely gone!
